When should I arrive for a show?

At least 45 - 30 minutes prior to show time.

What if I'm running late?
Performances begin promptly at the advertised time. We do NOT guarantee late seating!

Latecomers will be seated at the house manager’s discretion.

Can I vape inside the theater?
Smoking—including vaping or the use of e-cigarettes—is prohibited in the Carnegie Stage building.  A outside smoking area is designated.

Is it okay if I text during a show?
Please TURN OFF your phones and mobile devices BEFORE each show.  

This is a policy we must enforce without exception.

If I can't make it to a show, are there refunds?
There are no refunds.
Non-members may exchange their tickets for a different performance of the same show for a $10 per-ticket fee (reasonable restrictions apply) until 7pm the day before your scheduled performance. Exchanges can be made by phone 724-873-3576 or in person.

If you are a subscriber/member and the tickets in question were purchased as part of a subscription package, they may be exchanged for free (no fees) until 7pm the day before your scheduled performance.
