Our Mission 

Our mission is to create a more conscious and compassionate community, while providing a living wage for all artist, and to encourage and support the admiration of all arts and artists by providing a home in which live theater, dance, music, and comedy can be presented, while nurturing, challenging, inspiring and empowering women theater artists from our area and beyond to collaborate as playwrights, directors, technicians, and actors, explore new ideas,
and develop new works.

Guidelines

  • We are in pursuit of storytelling by female writers that is rich in self-expression and theatrical imagination. 

  • We strive to explore the multiplicity and complexity of different cultures and experiences. 

  • We do  accept autobiographical solo shows.  

  • We do accept one-act plays, with a run time of a minimum of 50 minutes.

  • We currently will not consider plays with more than three characters or musicals 

If your play fits our guidelines, please upload ten consecutive pages, in PDF, from the full play you’d like to submit. Title pages, cast breakdowns, and author’s notes don’t count towards this page count.

We are happy to read new plays at any stage of development.
